Hospital-based clinics
KCH care is available when and where you need us. KCH provides the best care to the region through network of hospital-based care facilities.
The KCH health network includes primary care clinics in five communities of McKean, Elk and Warren Counties – Kane, Mt. Jewett, Johnsonburg, Ridgway and Sheffield.
The clinics are operated as branches of KCH. They offer patients seamless care as they move between clinics and the hospital. KCH provides inpatient care in the medical/surgical (MedSurg) care unit or in the intensive care/critical care unit (ICU) of the hospital.
The medical staff is aided in the delivery of care through the various clinical departments that provide inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic services.
KCH Home Health Care (HHC), established in 1995, offers a comprehensive range of services in the homes of our clients, allowing them to recuperate safely in their own surroundings. HHC nursing services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of homebound patients within a 35-mile radius.
The HHC office is located on the ground floor of Summit Medical Park and is Medicare and Medicaid certified and licensed by the PA Department of Health.
KCH Rehabilitation Services, providing physical, occupational and speech therapies, is located on the lower level of 4355 Route 6 across from the Hospital. Rehabilitation Services are delivered to inpatients, outpatient or through home health care.
