Dr. Langille Announces His Intention to Retire within the Next 12 Months
Kenneth Langille, M.D., Family Medicine and Jean Langille, RN have announced Dr. Langille's intention to retire within the next year and return home to Canada.
For 15 years Dr. Langille has practiced family medicine in Kane. In 2005 he joined the hospital-based clinic system and has continued his practice in Kane and Sheffield. Mrs. Langille is a registered nurse and served a number of years with KCH Home Health Care.
Details about plans, a retirement celebration and updates on the recruitment process will be shared as information warrants.
KCH and Hamot have an ongoing physician recruitment and succession planning process that is already working to find a new physician of family medicine for Kane and Sheffield and we will keep area residents and patients informed as the process proceeds.
The family practice of Ellen "Missy" Cecchetti, CRNP-C, will continue at the KCH Family Medicine Clinics in Kane and Sheffield.
We are many months away from any major changes. As a KCH family and two KCH communities, we expect to have plenty of time to thank the Langilles for their many years of care and service with KCH and in the community. We will keep you informed.
In the meantime, if you have questions please feel free to contact CEO J. Gary Rhodes.
